Welcome to Pattaya City Expats Club
THE PATTAYA CITY EXPATS CLUB meets EVERY SUNDAY at 'HENRY J. BEANS' Restaurant & Grill, at the AMARI ORCHID RESORT, at the north end of Beach Road. A Buffet is available from 9:30 AM. The Meeting starts at 10:30 AM, and we try to finish by 12:00 noon. There is ample parking - the entrance to the parking area and to Henry J. Beans is on the left side just after the turn on Beach Rd., across from the beach.
THE PATTAYA CITY EXPATS CLUB IS ALL ABOUT "EXPATS HELPING EXPATS". Each week we have an interesting speaker talking about some aspect of living in Pattaya, with information and humor - intended to make living in our "Paradise" as easy and enjoyable as possible. We include an Open Forum session at the meeting each week to discuss current events in Pattaya, problems of everyday life (is there a good computer repairman, where is the dry cleaner, how do I cook this fish, etc.), all treated in a friendly, humorous way by our MC. It's a happy, friendly, and informative way to spend Sunday mornings! Our meetings and this site are dedicated to all expats, guests and visitors enjoying the good life in Pattaya - and those across the world that would like to join us here.
You can check out the latest issue of the Pattaya City Expats Club NEWSLETTER, and sign up to receive it weekly - at no charge. And you can review past issues of the Newsletter in the same Topic.
And please check our FEATURED RESTAURANTS LIST - you will find some very good restaurants offering Pattaya City Expats Club members a 10% or greater discount just by showing a current Pattaya Expats Club card with your picture. The card is ready, usually the same day, when you sign up as a member during our Sunday Meeting at Henry J. Bean's Restaurant. There is a service fee of 300 baht per year for the card.
An don't miss our LINKS - they can easily take you to Official Immigration websites, Embassies, Insurance providers, Real Estate companies we trust and much more.
All Nationalities are welcome - whatever your question or problem, it is very likely there is another expat in the Club who has 'been there, done that'. You will find new friends who are ready to share their experiences and expertise on anything and everything to make your stay in Pattaya more enjoyable. And if they don't have the answer, we can bring it up during our weekly "Open Forum" sessions every Sunday, an open discussion of any topic you wish, from fish to fancy hotels.
There is no charge of any kind for entry to or use of the website. There is no advertising on this web site, there is no direct connection to any other website or advertising medium - (except for links you can voluntarily go to on the Web Links page ). Your personal information will never be shared, in any way, with any other club, organization or commercial enterprise.
So now - the easy sign-up is this way .
To make your browsing more efficient - on the blue line across the top of this page, "Topics" contains all the written articles under various headings. "Forum" is a place to post and exchange your thoughts and opinions with others. Use "Search" if you are looking for something specific - enter a word or two of the subject you are looking for, and all articles with those words in them will be listed. Or you may submit an article by clicking on "Submit News" also on the blue line across the top. And you may click on any of the blue lettered words above to go directy to that item.
If you have any questions you can not find answers to on our website, or if you note any incorrect information - please, please send an email to info@pattayacityexpats club.com with your questions - or information about the incorrect information. Thank you very much. Sawadee mai kup!

 | Renewal of a 5 year license - more involved than expected - |
This is the first information we have received about procedures for renewal of a 5 year driving license.
You can renew your licence before its expiration date. However, if your licence is several months out of date you can renew, but you will have to take a small driving test on a “Simulator”.
We would appreciate any additional information or correction to this information - please send them by email to rick2@pattayacityexpatsclub.com.
